We are a boutique data analytics consultancy specialising in the domain of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), pricing, and market access. We provide services to pharmaceutical and medical device companies as well as support midsize and large consultancies globally. Our in-house team of expert health economists and systematic reviewers deliver high-quality work within the stipulated timelines.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct statistical analysis commonly required for submissions to HTA agencies such as NICE and PBAC.
  • Develop proposals for clients, project reports and other deliverables.
  • Design, analyse, and interpret data using a wide range of statistical approaches and applicable software.
  • Review study plans, including randomization, sample size, and analysis, as well as reports for internal or external studies (e.g., statistical review of SPRs, technical reports, presentations) according to Skyward best practices.
  • Identify and develop methodologies, strategies, findings in reports and slide decks.
  • Develop and execute statistical analysis plans (SAP) for clinical trial data using R or SAS.
  • Digitize and conduct parametric survival analysis using Kaplan-Meier data publications as well as from the clinical trials.
  • Conduct indirect treatment comparisons and Network Meta-Analyses (NMA).
  • Provide support to the health economic modelling team regarding queries.
  • Provide writing support for publications based on statistical analyses.
  • Communicate verbally as well as in writing – detailed technical report of the analysis performed.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and the internal project team to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR)
  • Education: MS or PhD in Statistics or relevant fields
  • Must have experience with health technology assessment (HTA) submissions
  • Advanced programming skills in R is required.
  • Good knowledge and good understanding of key statistical concepts and techniques

  • Identifying, extracting, analysing, and summarising data from a range of sources
  • Summarising model methodology and findings in a report/slide-deck
  • Communicating with the clients and the internal project team to ensure smooth and timely execution of the project
  • Providing writing support for publications based on HEOR studies

Job Summary 

The Executive Assistant will support senior leadership in managing various tasks, staying on top of deadlines, and ensuring smooth daily operations through concise communication.

 

Key Responsibilities

– Provide executive-level administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, maintaining filing system, mailing, and shipping packages, and updating contact database and employee list and organizing travel arrangements.

– Act as the main point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring messages are clear, well-written, and timely.

– Oversee and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted function, identify and fulfill office supply needs, maintain, and manage vendors.

– Handle basic finance work such as invoices, expense receipts and billing cycles.

– Maintain a relentless focus on follow-ups, ensuring all action items are completed promptly.

– Efficiently summarize daily activities, key updates, and priorities across different fronts within 5-10 minute touchpoints.

– Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

– Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation.

– Proactively manage multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables simultaneously.

 

Requirements

– Proven 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

– Ability to independently write clear, concise, and professional emails, memos, and summaries.

– Strong follow-up skills; comfortable with persistently tracking progress and ensuring completion of tasks.

– Team player with excellent collaboration skills.

– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

– Proficiency with office tools and software (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
